- Involved in End- To- End recruitment process Recruiting and hiring candidates in state and out-of-state.
- Sourcing profiles through various job portals, Social Networking Sites, internal database for contract, contract-to-perm and permanent positions as per the requirement specifications.
- Conducting interviews to recruit prospective employees and use referrals for utilizing their capabilities for the current job openings.
- Short listing the candidates through various modes like telephonic screening, technical screening, finally checking the interest level of the candidate towards the firm, and as per the requirement specifications.
- Validating candidate profile over the phone by checking candidate attitude, communication skill, convenience etc.
- Handling post interview aspects such as follow-up with the client for interview feedback and Contractâ€™s.
- Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keep them ready to join on particular date as confirmed by clients.
- Excellent abilities in building a strong rapport with prospective employees even after selection, ascertaining their commitment to join the organization.
- Understanding Salary fitment and taking care of salary negotiations.
- Effectively communicate with Key clients via telephone and written communication to gain commitment.
- Updating the Work Force Plan as per the Pending Requirements, Backfills & New opened Registers.
